1:- locate flour gold sand on the down side of a meandering river, stream or creek and do not take sand from the top: Dig 8 to 12 inches down and two feet in diameter, than take the concentrated impregnated sand from the bottom down until your 5 gallon bucket is full.
2:- Dry bucket of sand and place 1/2 bucket into another pail. Cover ore in both buckets by one inch above to 2 inches above the ore with 10% distilled clear vinegar. Soak for a minimal 24 hours to a maximum 48 hours per 5 gallon of ore to eliminate vegetative oil and mulch on flour gold.
3:- Rinse the ore by filling bucket of ore with fresh water to eliminate
vinegar by using fine mesh on top, than covering with cloth to prevent losing flour gold in bucket (quicker to split vinegar ore into two buckets and rinse 3 to 5 times to remove vinegar) and dry ore on a tarp, than run magnet over the ore to eliminate pyrites and magnetite.
4:- Set up a clamp on a 5 gallon clean acid proof 5 gallon bucket to attach positive rod to.
5:- Mix 1 gallon of Muriatic Acid (HNO3= Hydrochloric Acid) used for concrete etching with one gallon of distilled water into 5 gallon pail. Pour acid first, than, slowly pour distilled water in.
6:- Mix 100 mililiters of Sulfuric Acid Concentrate (H2SO4) "Plumbers Acid" {NOT BATTERY ACID} into the Muriatic Acid Concentrate.
7:- Add one ounce of NCEL (Non Cyanide Electrolytic Leach aka 67% Sodium Leach 33% Sodium Electrolytic Salt) to 8 ounces of hot water in a glass (make sure it is thoroughly dissolved via stirring). Next slowly pour the NCEL Solution into the Electrolytic Acid (Acid In The 5 Gallon Pail) very slowly. Use a wooden dowel to stir the mixture for at least 2 minutes. Make sure you are wearing acid proof rubber gloves.
8:- Slowly add 1/2 of your dry ore to your bucket. If acid is not 2 inches above the ore than mix another Batch of Electrolytic Acid NCEL in another bucket and pour slowly into the Ore Concentrate Electrolytic Acid NCEL untill it is 2 inches above the Ore.
9:- Obtain a "110 Volt AC Converter to 12-13.8 Volts DC 10 Amps" that will constantly produce 12 volts and 10 amps.with red connector terminal (positive) connected to positive rod and black connector terminal (negative) connected to acid proof steel plate. Use a grounded generator outdoors to plug the converter into if you are in the field or if at your cabin use a grounded plug in or grounded extension cord.
10:- The gold will electrolyze to the acid proof steel alloyed plate. The blacker the better. If you receive a red color on your plate, shut down electrical, raise the rod higher by at least 1/2 inch higher in the acid {make sure rod and clamp are tight or clamp will heat up and melt} (The Red Color means you were extracting Copper, Dark Brown is Silver).
11:- After there is no more electrolyzing to the plate, turn electricity off, Remove Electrolytic Acid Proof Plate (Normally Takes Up To 45 Minutes).
12:- Place Electrolytic Acid Proof Plate over organic coffee filters and scrap black into organic coffee filters using a spatula or putty knife or chisel (scrap with something firm).
13:- The organic filters can be put into a crucible to be burned off when purifying your gold. 14:- Take the acidified residue ore and cover it with 3 gallons of water. Next add 1 box of baking soda to the water and thoroughly mixed with tailings (residue ore) and water. Let set for 30 minutes and pour into another bucket. Rinse Tailings 3 times with fresh water and pour water into baking soda water. Pour residue ore cleansing water into a kettle and boil all water, leaves baking soda as Hazmat.
